Miss Josie leads all weekly classes at JCADA, ensuring every dancer receives consistent, high-quality training tailored to their individual needs. A highly qualified and multi-accredited dance educator, she holds professional qualifications with the BATD, IDTA, Acrobatic Arts, Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT), Alixa Flexibility, ADTA, Tap Roots, I-PATH and NPAA. She is also one of only ten certified Acrobatic Arts Examiners in the UK, examining dancers from studios around the world and helping to uphold the highest standards of safe, progressive acrobatic training internationally. Miss Josie is also qualified in Level 3 Paediatric First Aid, ensuring the highest standards of care for every student.

Mr Jim is our Reception Manager and is often the first friendly face you'll see when you arrive at JCADA. From managing administration and uniform orders to serving drinks and snacks from reception, he's always on hand to support our dancers and families with a smile. His welcoming nature and willingness to go the extra mile help make JCADA feel like a home from home.

Miss Debi offers private one-to-one singing tuition at JCADA. Having trained at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, she brings over 15 years of professional performing and teaching experience across musical theatre and opera. Her lessons are tailored to each individual, helping students build confidence, refine their vocal technique and develop their performance skills. Students also have the opportunity to work towards graded singing examinations and medal tests, as well as preparing songs for performances, auditions and competitions.

Miss Emily's journey is a wonderful example of what can be achieved through dedication and a lifelong love of dance. Having started lessons at JCADA at just three years old, she became the very first student to achieve a professional teaching qualification under the guidance of Miss Josie. Qualified with both the BATD and NPAA, she has recently completed her Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT) training as part of her commitment to continuous professional development. Miss Emily offers private one-to-one ballet coaching and is passionate about helping every dancer reach their full potential through her calm, kind and encouraging approach.

Miss Alison, although now semi-retired, remains a much-loved member of the JCADA family. She continues to support the academy with performances, costume creation and events, and loves seeing our dancers grow in confidence both on and off the stage.

All members of the JCADA team hold Enhanced DBS checks and have completed safeguarding training, ensuring a safe, welcoming and supportive environment where every student can thrive.

We are also supported by an incredible team of Senior Student Assistants, who volunteer their time to help in our younger classes. As positive role models, they demonstrate techniques, encourage confidence and help create the friendly, supportive atmosphere that makes JCADA such a special place to learn and grow.
