Welcome to First Adventures

First Adventures is our fun and colourful parent & toddler movement programme, specially created for little ones aged 2–4 and their grown-ups.

For many children, this may be their very first experience of a dance studio, their first little class and the very beginning of their journey with us — which is exactly where the name First Adventures came from.

Each session is filled with music, movement, imaginative play and lots of colourful props. Together we'll sing, dance, march, balance, jump and explore, using everything from chiffon scarves and ribbons to balls, hoops, musical instruments and more as we head off on a different little movement adventure each week.

While the children are busy having fun, they'll also be developing important early physical literacy skills, including balance, coordination, body awareness, gross motor skills, musicality and confidence — all alongside their grown-up in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

There are no steps to perfect and no pressure to perform. At this age, it's all about discovering what their bodies can do, responding to music, exploring movement and, most importantly, having fun together.
